Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
